Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. If possible, please call at least two weeks in advance. When making your appointment, please tell us which doctor you see, the type of appointment you need and how long since your last visit.

Friday
8:00 am - 11:00 am

New Patients

Your first consultation will require 30-60 minutes. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment with a list of all medications you are currently taking, recent copies of x- rays, lab results and your medical insurance card.

Established Patients

Standard Office Visit: 15-20 minute visit for regular patients' follow-up care. If it has been more than 2 years since you were last here, you will require a longer visit.

Office Visit with lab and/or X-rays: Be here 15 minutes prior to your appointment. (Check with your individual doctor)

Lab Only: For established patients. Please call for an appointment. This will allow us time to pull and process your chart - and it reduces your waiting time.

Cancellations: If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please do so at your earliest convenience. This will allow us to fit in someone who may need to see the doctor immediately. When cancelling, give the name of your doctor, the date, and the time of your appointment.
